We all knew winning at OSU was a difficult task...it’s the Iowa game that I have been waiting for...I desperately want them to go down and for Fran to go off

It's Senior night. Kipper will get honored, Feliz will get honored.....you know the question is going to be asked by and me reporter if this will be Ayo's last home game.

I sure hope not, with what we have coming in if he stays we have a shot at a final 4

Stakes are still pretty high for this game. Win and get a double bye for the BTT. Lose and drop to the middle of the pack. The outcome of this game will also impact our NCAA tourney seeding. It's a big one.

Got to get Kofi more minutes, if he gets in foul trouble leave him in and play a little zone

We need Trent (and to an extent Giorgi - though it is becoming less likely for him) to really find their offense, for the rest of the season not just for this game, otherwise it's going to be a disappointing next few weeks.

Big game obviously. Used to feel that a home game at the Hall would be a win. This team has had difficulty in home games this year. Better bring their "A" game Sun..bet Iowa does.

We've lost 3 home games this year. Two of them to top 25 teams, teams ahead of us in the standings. I wouldn't describe that as having difficulty at home. If that's the case Iowa which has lost 2 home games this year to Purdue and DePaul must really have difficulty in home games. Badly I might add (that Purdue game wasn't close). I feel pretty good about this being that Iowa is not good away from home in conference. Their two road wins were at NW and at Minnesota. Their Purdue road loss sticks out for me. We won't beat them that badly but they are going to have to play really well to win this game.

I would. I go to the games and 3 home losses not good for a contender...we got down 26-5 to Miami (pretty weak team it turns out) and we won a couple of games that could have gone either way. Point is, playing at home is no guarantee, particularly against an Iowa team that will come loaded for bear. I expect us to win, but we need to play better than last night. Hopefully, we see better quality officiating. I don't like to single out officials, but last night was really weak. Not so much that we didn't foul, but Caleb Wesson got away with at least 2-3 that should have been called.

Please help!!!!! My daughter will be going to Iowa next year, it hurts just say it, talk me off the ledge, I NEED YOU ILLINI.

. When she told me she was going to Iowa, I said " I'll see you in a couple years "
Out of curiosity, if you don't mind me asking, why is she going to Iowa? Did she just like the campus, friends going there, major she liked better, etc. I grew up near the Quad Cities and it was definitely like 60-40 Illinois/Iowa. After graduating from Illinois, I have been in Chicago suburbs for 25 years and I am shocked by the number of suburb kids who go to Iowa. Actually instead of shocked I should say depressed. Drives me absolutely crazy. Where I grew up, everyone who could get into Illinois wanted to go to Illinois. Just wish it was like that for more because Illinois is such a great school

3 home losses is not a lot throughout an entire season. MSU, Seton Hall have lost 3 home games, UK, Duke (one to Stephen F. Austin, I know but still) have lost 2, like I said Iowa has 2 as well. I don't think losing home games correlates to whether you are a contender or not. You just lost 3 home games, ok and .... move on.
