I didn't see that. I saw a player who hadn't played in a long time and picked up three fouls in a hurry and never got into the game. That can make you look a step behind. Out of shape. Heavy? Look at him. He is chiseled.

Let's see what he does for the next few weeks.

When I saw the game on Sunday he had a noticeable hitch in his step. He also dove for a ball , so he must've been feeling pretty good about it.

Edit: Not saying he was out of shape, just simply that he wasn't moving very fluidly.

Chiseled doesn't mean he's in game shape.

Just from my foggy memory, it seems he had a hitch in his gait last season. might just be the way he runs.

Does anybody know if there is going to be a 'TNT' series on the team this season like there was in the first three years?

Also, TA is pretty much guaranteed to have a show on 'The Journey' dedicated to him this season.

Probably depends on how the season goes, if they play well then maybe. Last year they started the "Blue Collar, Orange Swag" series but it was only 3 episodes and the last one was just before the season started.

Also, TA is pretty much guaranteed to have a show on 'The Journey' dedicated to him this season.

Yep, the only question is if he gets his own episode or they do one with Thorne included.

Ticket sales for this game is actually better than ANY regular season game. Very odd.. I'm guessing Dad's Weekend is the reason.

If I recall Mike Thorne is 6'11 280. This years teams pics clearly show a chizzled core with a 6 pack. That is an insane body type to be able to hold 280 that way. All that said, I think he was 260-265 last year. So he is heavier.

Listed on the roster as 270 last year. So, 10 pounds heavier with a lot less body fat.

Where can you find replay game information for future Illinois games?

This Sunday @7:30 P.M. eastern 6:30 P.M. central

Also of note, there is an Illini hoops preview show listed as immediately following the Lewis replay, so 8 pm central time.

I go to BTN.COM to find games on their tv schedule.

I'm impressed you can find them there, that site is a mess. I usually just scan through the listings on TitanTV or my Verizon guide for the next few days after a game to try and find it.

I was referring more to the poster saying he looked heavy. I think he was a little rusty, but getting three quick fouls is what kept him from getting in the flow, imo. I will be curious how he looks tonight. I will be there so will get a first hand look.
