Is it just me, or has Carey Booth quietly gone under the radar as the greatest disappointment?
I didn't buy the "his shot mechanics will track to be better than what his 3pt percentage." Too soft to guard a big, too slow to guard a modern 4, and then doesn't bring a whole lot to the offensive end.

Would like to see us start strong defensively and that is flat out effort. Need to learn to set the tone early on that end. The offense will obviously be there, but defense is the key. For me, at least.

We should win comfortably…hopefully it’s with good defense, made FT’s (17-20 would do), minimum TO’s (8 or less), and a consistent 40 minutes of good to great basketball on both ends of the court for the O & B…that’s my wish!

And let's box out on the defensive end. I don't want to see this team getting a bunch of second chances against us.

A more athletic Larry Bird. Duh.

C’mon Loyalty.

I’m personally against Morez and Tomi being on the court for any extended minutes together.

You take away Tomi’s best attribute—being a legit inside outside threat who needs to draw the opposing center from the basket. Morez being a non shooter is fine on its own but you actually decrease the effectiveness of Tomi by playing him with Morez.
I agree. Maybe later in season when they’ve had some real time playing together and have worked out the kinks. But I don’t see the rewards out weighing the risk. And the real risk is it coming down to crunch time and not having a backup center cuz of foul trouble. Right now BU sees Morez as the backup. A good backup, but a backup.

You decrease the offensive effectiveness of Tomi. I wonder how the pair would do defensively. One bodies up, and the other goes for the block.

All I can say is that Michigan somehow finds a way to play both Wolf and Goldin at the same time.
