At least the Turdles are coming off of a win. Facing them after a loss usually doesn't fare well for us

I have to keep myself in check that we are a 5 loss team but man alive every time I watch this team it feels different. Like talented enough and tough enough to win a championship different. It's the first time since Ayo, Kofi, and Trent where I was legit considering buying tickets to the final 4 (had we beat Loyola, I was going to buy them).

Am I the only one that really feels this way? I don't fear any team this year...

First game back with Krush, and never been so happy to see them. Much needed return!
Sleepy environment and people not wanting to stand up.
Let’s go put 90 on em!

Krush used to give members first shot at buying break game tickets for friends/family. is that not what still happens? need to figure out a way to mitigate the winter break crowd lull
From early October...

I'm the same way. What's really frustrating about college basketball as a general sport is that your talent could be through the roof, but if you have one bad night, it's over. Michigan State is one of those times where we didn't get the soft whistle, we were less than stellar at the line, and we couldn't hit threes at will. Any one of those things goes better and we win going away. But you only get one chance in the tournament, so you can't woulda coulda shoulda your way out of it.

The other thing I notice is watching other games: everyone else just doesn't seem as good. UCLA opened up a can against Iowa, but ... it's Iowa and their defense is just straight up bad this season. Beyond that, what team in this league is capable of the kind of runs we've been on against decent teams on the road? I don't think anyone else is. We were starting to go on one of those in East Lansing but couldn't put them away. We have an offense capable of breaking our opponents in the first 15 minutes of play. Never seen anything like it.

I hate Maryland. I'm so sick of losing to Maryland. Please beat their brains in.
Yes, Yes, Yes no better time to play great and take out our frustrations. I'd love to see a 20+ point win.
Do you think Reese, Queen, or Gillespie will be taken out of the game by the refs? ... lol I really hope not, but I kind would like to see it when Mich St to play in our house.

This is going to be a big Morez and Tomi game. Morez is going to need stay out of foul trouble guarding Reese and Queen. Could potentially be a statement game for Morez if he can shutdown Queen who is projected to get drafted.

They have a couple guards that can shoot a bit but the Illini are way more talented on the perimeter.
