After today's hard fought tight loss, it would be nice to get a huge lead by end of first half, which would result in some major tick for reserves in second half.

The starters need to be as fresh as possible for a big rematch with Northwestern on Thurs. 3 important wins to get next week!

Is Garcia back?

Can’t let this one slide. Hopefully the way the IU game went is both indicative of how hard this team will continue to play and also light a fire.
Garcia and Carrington both back today for the goofers today against psu.....

Had a friend pose the statement that if RJ and Goode Dennis green’ed themselves this year we’d be undefeated but alas they did not. I kinda agree with the sentiment.

To me Epps Harris TSJ Mayer Rodgers Hawkins dainja is a hell of a rotation. You add Goode to that and possibly a fixed RJ and that’s as good of a 9 deep as you’d get.

Agreeed. Both Mayer and Hawk, as well as TJD were noticably dragging in the second half of the Indiana game.

Need to win all three next week. Simple as that. Zero excuses

What's the team playing for? Double bye in the conf tourney seems pretty unlikely, and seeding is such an abstract thing this late in the season, I'm not sure it motivates guys. Feels like they're in no-man's land without competing for the conference title or a top-4 seed.

They fought well on the road at Indiana --was a shame to lose in such a close, meaningful game. Hope they bounce back mentally.

double bye is not gone yet. If we finish 12-8 we have a decent shot

Garcia was back and put up 23 and 7 last night against Penn State. They still lost by seven and we are a much stronger defensive team than PSU. Hopefully after missing so much time, he'll be a little gassed just two days after playing 31 minutes.

The biggest concern to me would be our guys being a little tired on short rest and the offense being sluggish, especially if TSJ is still out. Although only MM and Epps played more than 30 minutes, so guys like Coleman and Dain should be fine.
