From what I understand, there's no drop off in athleticism.

Someone mentioned that Murray lost a lot of seniors. While the Illini should win with ease, watch out for their dual-threat QB K.D. Humphries. The Racer offense can put up a ton of points and if they could play defense they would be a top-tier OVC team.
I'm excited to get the kid down for a game. We've been working hard on our I-L-L's. Now if only the wife would join in.

Just wanted to warn new fathers though that if you teach the kid "I-L-L" once he gets to age two you will be saying "I-N-I" a rhousand times per day!

Dreading the inevitable screw up by Verizon. I can see the games in my channel guide, but since PSU plays at the same time, I'll get that on the main BTN channel. But both overflow channels also list the PSU game, and most likely that game will be on all channels at the start. Then I'll complain to BTN and they'll blame Verizon. Finally at some point during the first half (hopefully), one of the overflow channels will finally switch to our game.
Still on Comcast. Will be watching the game on the 2016 Smart TV with built-in internet/wifi. Checked it out yesterday. Seems to be good to go.

So this is a Murray State team that lost most of it's starters and went 3-8 last season with loses to powerhouses Tenn Tech, SE Missouri St, and UT Martin (among many others). Not to mention that one of their wins was against D2 Kentucky Wesleyan. I'm not sure how you can predict anything other than a comfortable victory.
My guess is that our offense starts off a little disjointed, but our defense is solid right from the jump. Wouldn't be surprised if the first quarter ended something like 7-0, making things a little interesting. However, I think Lunt and Vaughn get going and we run away with it easily. Throw in a late touchdown for Murray State after we rotate in some back-ups (showing our lack of depth), and the final score comes out to...
