Agreed. Both they and NW have been so close on a number of games. I think we’ve seen what we can do when we are locked in and what happens when we are not, so we can’t afford any let downs. Hope they get some good rest and come out hungry. And for gods sake lets shoot lights out at home for a change.Nebraska lost by just 3 at Rutgers and just 2 at Maryland, so no way am I counting this game as easy.
Wouldn't it be refreshing, just one time, to take a team that we're supposed to beat and win by 25?Look, I am simply thanking my lucky stars that Ayo is healthy and we just got a H-U-G-E win on a top ten team's court ... but can we just, for once, beat an inferior team like a drum from start to finish in front of our home fans?

The schedule definitely turns in our favor. 3.5(counting NW as half a home game) out of 5 at home and we should be favored in four of those games.Rest of the schedule is vs. teams below us or tied with us (Ioway). Won't be easy but better than facing teams above us.
Hearing Ayo's post game, this 6 days off simply could not come at a better time. He's going to be sore tomorrow for sure. Having a couple of days of treatment is just what the doctor ordered. Think Kofi needs a couple of days too. With him, it looks like he's smacked the freshman wall little bit.
Six days before Nebraska and Northwestern next week sets up as well as it could have. No games in this league are easy, but I feel a WHOLE not better now than I did six hours ago.
We need Kofi to find his next gear (I'm certain he has one) and a better grip on the ball. Drives me nuts when it's taken away from him so easily down low. He might be stripped at times, but it shouldn't happen as often as it does now.
