ILL I'll take being an underdog anyday!!! Keep fighting... Stay together
“a puncher’s chance at the sweet 16”?I'm not quite ready to close the book on this season yet (still think we have a punchers chance at a S16), but a loss here would definitely do it IMO.
They just beat Wisconsin didn't they?Oregon is bad. Win. No excuses.
I mean…we SHOULD make the Sweet 16. This should be an Elite 8 team, but March is…what’s the word? Madness?I'm not quite ready to close the book on this season yet (still think we have a punchers chance at a S16), but a loss here would definitely do it IMO.
Get outta town. This is as sure as it gets in the Big Ten. Have some faith in your guys. Not a sure win. Oregon has been playing a lot better lately.
Basically down to a 6 man rotation with Stoj and Z being footnotes in the box score.
Somehow we always have an 8 man rotation only for it to magically go down to 6 in March.
I disagree. Lose to a bad Oregon team and free fall is a very real possibility. This is not a must win! We are in the dance, we'll still have a decent B10 tourney draw.
But it is time to get back to team ball and our swager back!
1) Rebound
2) Close out on D
3) Value the Ball
4) Find the Mismatch
... do this and the W's come back
It’s unequivocally a must win. Are we really at the point where losing at home to Oregon in March would somehow be acceptable in any form. This is not a must win! We are in the dance, we'll still have a decent B10 tourney draw.

They've been terrific for a long time under Dana Altman and were in the top 10 last season before fading away, and then lost a bunch of guys, their PG got hurt, they're just in a rut.Does Nike not spend money on Oregon’s basketball team? I mean they are paying Dante Moore enough money where he’s by passing being a top 5 NFL QB pick to play at Oregon another year. And they also gave his backup a ton of money.
I don’t know how you can have the resources that Oregon has and have an 11-17 basketball team. Makes zero sense
This is a must win. They need to win this game. Losing this game is not an option against a vastly inferior opponent. This is not a must win! We are in the dance, we'll still have a decent B10 tourney draw.

While true, there's no gimmes, we also have not lost to a team worse than UCLA in the B1G so far.We should all realize, especially after UCLA, there are no gimmes. Better be ready to play.
My fear is that the last two games have exposed enough weaknesses and sufficiently damaged the players confidence that it's going to carry over. The vibes seem "off". I think the key will be Mirk. Watching him flail and whine to the refs continually gives me pause, He needs to come out with his head on straight and be ready to go.
Well… everything goes to football.Does Nike not spend money on Oregon’s basketball team? I mean they are paying Dante Moore enough money where he’s by passing being a top 5 NFL QB pick to play at Oregon another year. And they also gave his backup a ton of money.

I could only imagine what was said/done in the locker room. If the press conference is any indication, Brad went ballistic on them. That will hopefully wake everyone up and start an 11 game win streak. We've already had a 12 game streak...Obviously we need to win both games next week. It’s freaking March! Play with a sense of urgency and some intensity, fire, passion, emotion, etc…
Okay…?If they don't come out and win by 25 or more, I am counting it as a loss
