Wait, didn’t we just beat University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) a KenPom 107 ranked team, 101-66? And isn’t Penn 22 spots worse than UIC?
Good point.

For all the complaints about FDU being a bad team, we also destroyed UIC who’s a better team than Penn (according to Kenpom).

We can send in hockey line type substitutions of players and dare the Quakers to keep up with our speed, length, shooting, rebounding, and athleticism. Our whole roster faces better than the Quakers' talent level every day in practice. Instead of melting down, Fran's going to be slack jawed.

That stare down is honestly one of the funniest things I've seen in my entire life. Instant classic...
Yeah, me too. I had to interrupt my wife’s reading to show her that. She’ll have fun tonight watching Fran.

We beat them by 35….
Up only 10 at half. We had guys, who are either injured right now(Mirk and Davis), are no longer a part of the roster(Ben H) or are in the NBA(Wagler) that were a huge part in pulling away. This is not going to be a runaway from the opening tip. If we're running young guys out there, last year and this year..... probably not a great comparison.

Am I the only one slightly worried about this game tonight? Veteran tournament team from last year with their best guys back and a high level coach. And we are starting three freshman, including two that might not have even been recruited by Penn. I love our team and what it could become this year but are we really 28 points better than this Penn team right now? I guess we'll find out.
People on this thread say the craziest things. I guess you’re either a pessimist or an optimist.

Vegas has the Illini total at 102 for tonight, what do you think over or under?
