Help an old timer out......I see the following SC -10.5 on the odds.....explain can you?
SC is favored to win. The number is the spread / by how much they are favored in betting lines for an even money wager. A bet on Illinois to cover the spread means you think the result would be anywhere from Illinois losing by ten to winning by infinity.

Easy money of course :)

Does anyone have information how to buy parking for the Camping World Stadium lots? If you click on parking on the Citrus Bowl site, there are just a handful of resale options over $100. SpotHero only shows parking downtown.

Just spent some time on I-drive and didn't see a single person wearing either team's gear. 🤷‍♂️

were you out about town yesterday aft ?

more fandom there now ?
Yeah, oddly haven't seen anyone from either team still. I have seen 6 different groups wearing Michigan gear and another 2 groups wearing OSU stuff, but no Illini or Gamecocks apparel that I've noticed. Maybe everyone is just settling in? In any case, me and the family will be in Section 136 making it loud.

I'm flying out of STL tomorrow morning, direct flight, and I'm guessing it will be packed with Illinois fans. Let's Gooooooo!

As for the game, we need back up wide receivers(Malik, Capka, and Beatty) to step up and make plays. Expect pass rush to be more about containing. Sellers is more of a threat outside the pocket than in it. Also would love to see Malachi Hood spying him at all times with his speed.

Kansas' Jalon Daniels is a dual threat QB like Sellers. While Sellers has more total yards rushing than Daniels this year (655 yds. vs. 447), Daniels had 4.8 ypc average vs. Sellers 4.2 ypc. In our game vs. Kansas we held Daniels to 35 yards rushing on 10 carries (3.5 ypc avg.), with a long run of 9 yds. Hopefully we can repeat that kind of performance against Sellers. I really like your idea of Hood being the spy. I was shocked at Hood's speed in the Northwestern game.

You can purchase parking for Camping World Stadium lots through various platforms. Here are a few options:

  1. ParkWhiz: This platform allows you to book parking in advance for events at Camping World Stadium. You can find and reserve a spot ahead of time to avoid the hassle of last-minute searching1.
  2. Camping World Stadium's Official Website: Check the "Plan Your Visit" section on their website for event-specific parking information and advance parking ticket options.
  3. SpotHero: While SpotHero primarily shows downtown parking, it's worth checking if they have any updates or additional lots available closer to the event date.

Anyone know where Whitman is having his morning 5k jog on gameday AM?

I think it’s great that Bielema is allowing the five portal transfers to play in the bowl, and it’s also smart from a selfish standpoint. Doesn’t he receive a bonus for winning a bowl game and another one for winning ten games? It’d be foolish to “send a message” and hold a grudge against the transfers, as long as it doesn’t disrupt team chemistry, when your professional goals are still in play.

Fun fact, Illinois has never beat an SEC team in football. Let's go Illini!, make it a first.
