Well if you watched the game yesterday, it was clear that AJ and TJL both played better than Smith. My point is there will be times where Smith or one of the other freshmen look like the B1G FOY, and other times where they look like walk-ons. I love watching the freshmen play, and they need to play. But we need the upperclassmen to stay consistent so we still have a chance to win when the freshmen are off.

If you watched the game, you would have noticed Smith sat out due to fouls. He will play just fine, and glad AJ had good game. T-M will be a bit better , and I hope we shoot better from 3. Kind of funny how everything switched over from one week all said we were bad , to we going to beat the world.:p:illinois:

I expect zone defense alot, I'm sure BU does too.

Eh, I think we would've won just as easily without the freshmen. We would've scored more if the freshmen weren't playing. The upperclassmen played great. We had a big enough lead that BU could let the freshmen play and learn without worrying about mistakes costing the game. If it was a closer game we would've seen a lot more of Tejon, Alstork, Finke, and Black. If those 4, plus maybe AJ, can be consistent then we'll be able to get through the highs and lows of the freshmen and make the tournament.

Yep.. This is the exact same game I watched... You could tell who'd been there before.

My only visual evidence is the EIU scrimmage. However, I'm going with back-to-back quality wins over two non-competitive, lesser opponents:

ILLINOIS 94
TN-MARTIN 63

I just want to confirm that we're calling Lucas an upperclassman.

This team gave up over 100 to Marshall. We should hit 85+ if we play like we should.

I can't wait to see how a BU coached team responds to a short turnaround after a solid game against another lesser opponent. No letdown in intensity, maintain the pressure and this will be another dominating W. :illinois:

I'm expecting--hoping--that the guys are going to come into this game really pumped, and I hope that they're sufficiently conditioned to play hard for another game.

Got my tickets! Looking at the seat map there are still a ton available. Kind of sad.

Smith played more minutes than both AJ and TJL.......and playing good D without fouling is part of playing well also.

I am tempted to take the over (154) for this game. Tennessee-Martin gave up 102 at Marshall and scored 91 themselves.

Over 154 sounds like a better bet than the -18.5 line.
