This game is pretty straightforward in my mind. Wisco has been doing it on the boards and the FT line. We dominate the boards.

If Plumm3r and Frazier are hitting...we win this by double digits. If not...it's another 58-55 B1G meat grinder.

Rebound and guard and we'll be fine.

Well I hope someone enjoys the game tonight. I will try from home. I was really looking forward to being just a few rows off the floor behind the hoop. Lost $90 on em but I got a lil bit for em. God would a curb stomping of the Badgers and a few cold ones go along way to ease my frustration of not being there tonight! At least I got em for the OSU game too! Let's win tonight! Help me deal with my frustration by taking first place outright! Popping one now ! I can not put into words how much I am missing not being there in CU tonight. I was planning on starting pregame at legends or tumble inn about now! GO ILLINI!

No, Damonte is exactly the type of player I want to see on the court. He's gritty, smart, and he knows his role. I want Curbelo to be as great as anybody here does. I'm just not sure he is any of those things. He certainly hasn't proven my trust on the court, but I am looking forward to him proving me wrong. And for the record, I think we win that Purdue game without him. Illinois usually finds a way to win those big games at home and that was an uncharacteristic loss in that situation.
I'm really glad Underwood is the coach and not you.

When I read this, it made me think about that SLING TV commercial where the team mascot recommends a last second hook shot from half court.

Looked but couldn't find a GIF.

I was thinking this afternoon of the home game v. MSU in Feb 2003. We were ranked comparably to where we are today, and 6-4 in conference. MSU was unranked but 6-5. We'd lost a close one by 3 in EL a couple weeks earlier. We absolutely destroyed them in the AH, 70-40. Led 37-17 at half. It was an unadulterated evisceration on ESPN start to finish. Dee had ~ 25. I recall Izzo just staring into space by early in the second half. I worked with a guy who was an unimpressive MSU alum, but cocky about hoops as they had won the natty in '00. He was talking smack the day before; was shell-shocked the following morning. I loved every moment.

I'd like that variation of entrée this evening, please: Badger filet, flayed and tenderized, medium rare. Nice Côtes du Rhône to wash it down.

For the first time in almost 15 years the company I work for is shutting down production due to the inclement weather here in Southern Illinois/Indiana. It hasn't got bad here yet. But, being a 2nd shifter and usually having to listen to the radio feed on weeknight games I'm really excited to be able to stay home and watch this one!! Hope the Illini curb stomp those punks tonight!! Oh, and I hope Davison gets ejected from the game in the first 5 minutes. Can't stand him

C'mon. Lay off the poor guy. It's well-known that this strategy works all over Illinois and Wisconsin. So maybe tonight it'll be a push.

I made the Kentucky game back in the day when even the refs couldn't and only about 4500 made a sold out game and they literally found refs in the crowd for a nationally televised game. . Lived in CU then but lost money on my floor seats tonight. Couldn't make it work with the 14 inches and 100 miles away. Please get the W tonight! Go Illini! Anyone else at that game back in the day? James Blackmons lucky bank at the buzzer still annoys me. I was right under the bucket that day.
