That pass phantom interference was minimal contact, not nearly as sustained and egregious as the one against Illinois in the enzone. Refs are calling differently one end to the other.

I disagree. I Think the one called against Illinois was blatant. Impeded his motion to the ball while not making a play himself.
The one that wasn’t called could have been, but I think that one is always iffy.

Crap. Our DBs are making it too easy for them to get big chunks of yards today. Without TOs we are toast.
We are mixing it well enough. I don’t think we’re as one dimensional as you make it sound.

Pretty bad. Cal is doing a solid job muddying up the LBs (who've always been bad in coverage) and mixing route depths on the same side and its eating the safeties alive.
Sort of. He does get caught cheating to the inside but in that look he has protection over two routes and it’s easy to get caught between the two reads. That play design is the classic zone killer.
