First day of the second summer session today. I am going to assume everyone is on campus, enrolled, dialed in, and ready for a great year of basketball and education. If anyone knows differently, let me know.

So how does the new 5 for 5 rule reshape our grid? I'm reading Ivisic twins are still done after this year, but everyone else gains an extra year?

Jake Davis, Andrej, Mirk and Blake all get one additional year of eligibility. All the freshmen have 5 years.

So, THEORETICALLY, the only guys we HAVE lose would be the twins? Is that right?

Yes. Everyone else could come back for the 27-28 season, should they so choose.

So is there an obligation to offer a 5th year to anyone who wants it? Or is it up to the school to decide if they want to extend a 5th year?
