Bring it! We're battle tested and ready to rock. People should be pissing their undies when they see our name in the field, not the other way around.

Let's do it!

They are. Our fan base on this site is nervous for some reason. We've been beating top 10 teams on the road (or neutral) all season long. Illinois has taken shots, and fought back numerous times. They are as prepared as you can be.

No other Big Ten tournament could have gotten us so prepared.
Game 1 - Adam Miller gains confidence, plays great.
Game 2 - Kofi is better than the national player of the year. Huge Confidence boost.
Today - DaMonte comes up clutch. Georgi saves the day, Trent comes up huge, Ayo struggles but scores 16, Kofi hits 2 huge Free Throws, Grandison makes his corner shot. We get challenged like a Kangaroo challenges a dog in a pond. and... we drowned that Kangaroo.

We are ready.

How on the world do you see that? With all due respect to Loyola, would you rather being playing them or LSU in the second round?
I’d rather play LSU. LSU plays a style we can easily beat. It’s up and down no coaching AAU ball. We got more talent, so high possession game the more talented team wins

Loyola will be a low scoring, low possession war.

Not whining about the bracket but it couldn’t have been much tougher.

Loyola is a good 9 that will have the in state thing going for them

ok St is better than some 3 seeds and will know Brads offense better than about anyone.

then we might play Huggy who knows Brad’s system better than anyone other than Ok St.

I agree but glad we don’t have Carolina. We should handle Loyola fine but they are a tough team for a second round game for the #2 or #3 overall team in the country, no matter how many on here say bring on the best.

I'd love to know who on Loyola can bang with Kofi.

I hear you, but honestly, if we're worried about Loyola, we have much, much bigger problems. That should be physical domination and they flat out don't have the athletes that we do.

I'd complain about OSU as our #4 and West Virginia, but man, it feels good to care about the tourney again.

What a year so far, these guys are dialed in - even with Ayo missing shots he normally makes, and missing Kofi for half the game, we still took down the Buckeyes today, who are a nightmare matchup for us.
