Rumors out about possible coaching change.Jim Montgomery was let go by Bruins and has many ST Louis connections.I would jump on Montgomery soon if possible.He was instrumental in the development of Thomas and Kyrou when he was an assistant under Berube during Stanley Cup season.

Bannister hasn't even had the job a year yet. Bit soon to pull the trigger on him, even if Montgomery is available.

Bannister is unproven,Montgomery is a Stanley Cup winning coach with the best record of all eastern conference teams over last 5 years.Armstrong made a fairly obvious and timely move,bravo.Spent 2 sucessfull seasons with Dallas (western conference) during past 5 years.

I'll admit when I was wrong as Armstrong made the move today. And Army must think the team's championship window is still open as they are going to give Montgomery a 5-year contract.

100% agree

Once Montgomery got fired it was when is Bannister getting fired and Blues hiring Montgomery. Rumors started that night here in STL area once Montgomery got fired.

I'm not sold on the direction of the team or some moves Army has made....I don't mind this one

The Blues are recognizing Caleb Brown before the game. He is a 16 year old that was killed by random gunfire on a highway going home from his hockey game. Also proceeds from the 50/50 raffle are going to his family.

Still no suspects in the shooting.
