It ultimately depends on what your preferences are and must haves. I currently carry Fubo as my primary "cable" equivalent; however, I also have to bundle other apps to maximize my need (I have ESPN+, Paramount+, Apple Plus through T-Mobile, and until recently the premium version of Peacock). If you want the maximum number of football games, you may need to also carry ESPN+, and unfortunately Peacock. Paramount+ is also a good service, but moreso for overseas soccer (but it does include CBS Chicago...though any digital antenna can also get that). It is incredibly frustrating, as each app seems to have exclusive content that we need, that you can't get in one streaming service. Therefore, find the cheapest base streaming service (Fubo, YouTube TV, Sling, etc.) and then add in some other services that are necessary. When all is said and done, with all the apps, my monthly bill is about 3/4 my final cable bill from 3 years ago. However, if I still had cable, I would still need to bundle in other apps that are not on cable, so I 100% recommend cutting the cord. When it comes to streaming quality, every service has made leaps and bounds over the last few years. I have not had any issues in the last year or so, but it is also because I have premium internet speeds. So before cutting the cord, make sure that you have your internet situation squared away. One key for my household is having unlimited streaming data for internet, as we would blow by what Xfinity allows. The people that complain about glitches in these streaming qualities likely do not have appropriate internet upload and download speeds.
