I understand Tracy has started using Just for Men. Maybe he can get an endorsement deal when he graduates.

Will they give him a rocking chair on senior night?

LOL at the AD making posters of 6th year approvals. What is next, raising banners? :D

The strength coach was on Sports Talk last night on WDWS. You can probably find the podcast. Very interesting! Not ready yet, but doing some activities on the court.
He has a long ways to go it sounded like to me, but I'm very happy for him and I know he's working hard to be the best he can be. Off topic for this thread, but MH is doing some amazing work this offseason according to the interview.

So the NCAA granted medical red shirts for two less than textbook cases? Is it possible they don't have it out for us and everyone is just a little bit paranoid?

I would not call Tracy Abrams' case less than textbook, it was as textbook as they come with respect to getting a sixth year, and the main reason that UI felt no urgency to resolve quicker.

That's fair. I was just thinking that 6th years can be tricky but if there was ever a case to allow one this would be it.

Now, NCAA let Kipper start the year eligible rather than wait till mid year.:thumb:

3-peat

Be sure to get this year's Illini Men's Basketball Team program with Tracy's picture with the seniors on the cover and collect all three.

Best of luck to Tracy on a great final senior year.
