I would not call Tracy Abrams' case less than textbook, it was as textbook as they come with respect to getting a sixth year, and the main reason that UI felt no urgency to resolve quicker.
Now, NCAA let Kipper start the year eligible rather than wait till mid year.:thumb:

The case for Kipper is the weakest of the three, IMHO. TA was the only sure thing.
