What did we just watch? Seriously... Why wouldn't you continue to gash the defense with runs and at worse kick the FG?
Better to be lucky then good I guess.

Nebraska could have ended it on that last drive but they always go away from their running game. It's like 4 to 6 yards a carry gets boring for them and they decide to throw.
Mahomes Jr needs to throw a certain number of times, it's on paper.

I'm not serious but I wouldn't be surprised.

You ain't kidding.
He truly is their best asset and worst enemy.

BEST because he is a very good QB
WORST- they stop running the ball when it's working because ...well they have Raiola.

I think they beat us last year if they ran the ball 10/15 more times that game. But Coach/Podcaster Matt Rhule doesn't think that's sexy enough

Badgers also lost Edward's and still won 17-0.

Mobile QB's are the cheat code in the first couple weeks of the season if you look at Ohio vs Rutgers and USF vs Boise.

Didn’t watch the Duke game. New QB had a fantastic stat line but I don’t see any other QB in the box score, so from what I can see he played the whole game. Interesting they give their backup QB any run vs their FCS opponent. My suspicion is if we are still playing our starters in the second half something has gone horribly wrong.

Duke is a huge early test. Hopefully we can speed up their QB. He looks to be very talented but young and doesn’t have much experience playing the size/speed of a P4 program.

Looking at that Nebraska-Cincy score, I'd be mad as all get out if I were a Cincinnati fan. Their athletic department let what was supposed to be a home game move from Cincy to Indianapolis (fine, it's a 2-ish hour drive from your campus) to freaking Kansas City, which was only 3 hours away from Lincoln. Nebby fans travel well and would have shown up in Indianapolis, but talk about giving away any kind of advantage. In a 3-point game, you can't convince me that wouldn't have made a difference.

Watching Tarleton State @ Army. Tarleton RB Tre Page III looks like a solid RB. Had a 50+ yard TD run that got called back because of holding.

College Gameday is in Columbus tomorrow for Texas/Ohio State. It will also be Lee Corso's final appearance as he is retiring.

If you have a chance, check out the Lee Corso special that ESPN aired last week. Really well done and it's fun hearing him recount some of the moments that happened during his career.

CO vs GT; GT first 3 possession all turnovers...and they lead at half 13-10.

Not sure where to post this, but does anyone know what is wrong with Josh McCray? I noticed he is not listed on Georgia’s roster on ESPN and then saw that he missed most or all of camp with an illness.

He's listed where it counts:
