They were looking at UM about to lose at home in a buy game.
The change on the spiked ball I didn't have an issue with as that one at least looked like the clock operator went a second past after the spike.

Presumption of Correctness: The review process starts with the assumption that the call on the field was right.
Beyond All Doubt: The video provided to the replay official must convince them beyond a reasonable doubt that the call was incorrect.
Inconclusive Evidence = Call Stands: If the camera angles are obstructed, blurred, or missing a definitive frame—even if the replay official has a strong hunch the call was wrong—the on-field ruling must stand.

When the football crosses the back of the end zone and is ruled incomplete was there one second left? or is it even though the ball crosses the end line does it have to be touches to end the play. Whe a qb throws the ball out of bounce to stop the clock when is the exact moment the clock?

If I understand correctly, they’re saying the refs used direct camera on the stadium clock to make their decision, not the tv clock. But it’s confusing because below that it says all clocks are synced before the game. What am I missing?
