Chip Kelly has enough money to retire right now I'm pretty sure. If someone really thinks he'd take money to tank, not only would it have to be a ton of money, but he'd have to somehow do it with Ryan Day involved in everything he does.... I mean crazier things have happened in sports but it sure ain't likely.

As a lock for the CFP, Ohio State had several perfectly good reasons to lose that game besides Chip Kelly being on the take.

As what a joke. Coming out of Wrigley we win o$u loses. We beat Mi. Mi. beats o$u. How do you like that. Could you imagine reading their game thread.

Ya that’s some next level craziness from osu fans. No wonder day always seems like he has a stick up his !!!. I wouldn’t blame him if he wanted to leave. Chip Kelly said ‘goodbye to all that’ when he resigned at ucla.

Chip could not care less about the fans i would think. Part of why he’s there is b/c there’s a HC between him and all the media/fans. No way he’d tank, that’s absurd, and I’m sure he’s pissed as a coach in the offensive performance.

Might be fun to have a conversation on top tier of crazy fanbases. The ones that would punt the dog across the room (or worse) rather than deal with a loss. Osu is proving to be in that top tier. Bama comes to mind as well with that guy poisoning auburn’s trees a while back. Then the all too common death threats. I seem to remember Texas in particular having some issues with that, or maybe I’m just thinking of a Whitman other than Josh

I just shake my head at how entitled some fans are. In six seasons as HC, Day's lost 5 conference games. Amazing record. He's lost a total of 10 games including bowls. Does OSU have incredible fan and booster support? For sure, but we see programs spend ridiculous amounts on coaches that lose almost that number in a season. That's actually a long list --several come to mind. And Day's O line injuries have really hampered them this season. Despite that, he'll have a legit shot at the CFP this year.

Winners last night included Jacksonville State (in their 2nd season in CUSA), Army (in their first season in the AAC), and Boise State (Mountain West).

Today's top games include Iowa State-Arizona State (Big XII in Arlington, TX), Georgia-Texas (SEC in Atlanta), Penn State-Oregon (B1G in Indy), and Clemson-SMU (ACC in Charlotte).

Other conference title games today include Ohio-Miami (OH) (MAC in Detroit) and Marshall at Louisiana (Sun Belt).
