Does a conference matchup (Oregon at mildcats) end with a more lopsided score than all the buy games with big ten teams playing FCS opponents?

I am very interested in that one and the USC @Purdue game. Oregon and USC have been on fire to start the year, putting up a ton of points. I don't expect any upsets, but can NW or Purdue slow them down at all?

I am going to this game. I want to see how good Oregon is. Or can NU be competitive against a good team?

I think deep down you know the answer to your question, unless the game against Tulane was just a fluke.

And somehow that Oregon Northwestern game is Big Noon Kickoff?? How have we never hosted it but they are going to go to the makeshift high school stadium?
for that reason alone

they will feature the quirkiness of that & the progress of the new joint. and they are on the shoreline of Lake Michigan . we are by the south farms .

Pat Ryan blew a call in to Rupert Murdoch and he made it happen . We need a Pat Ryan

Perhaps it's a Heisman watch game.

IF USF beats Miami, they seem to be in a great position to be that underdog CFP team. A win over Boise State and Florida has already earned them AP #18; so I expect a win over Miami would put them AP top #12, leaving destiny in their own hands during their conference play.

First things first, can the compete or outright win against Miami.

Miami will win by a minimum of 3 TDs. South Florida was a 18 point underdog at Florida, who will likely win 4 games this year. Boise State is also no statement top 25 win.

Plus, their game vs Florida, they could barely throw the ball down the field vertically.

Eastern Illinois vs. No. 7/4 Illinois State
O'Brien Field (10,000) • Charleston, Ill.
September 13, 2025 • 2 pm • TV: ESPN+
• Eastern Illinois and Illinois State meet on Saturday for the 113th playing of the Mid-America Classic. The rivalry game ranks as the most played in the FCS among non-current conference members and is 14th overall among FCS rivalry games (8th excluding Ivy League). EIU enters a 1-1 following a Saturday loss at Indiana State while Illinois State is 1-1 following a Saturday home win over Morehead State. Illinois State enters ranked No. 4/7 in the FCS polls marking the 20th time that at least one of the two teams has been nationally ranked during the rivalry game.

Other than hating the SEC, I’m really rooting against all SEC teams because I’ve been loving this guy’s weekly videos when the conference performs poorly.

Find the ones that are titled ā€œSEC Roll Callā€.

That guy is pretty good, no matter what. SEC Shorts is pretty good, too.

Great find
Unfortunately, in one of his videos, the one rating the obnoxiousness of each SEC team’s fans, he states that he doesn’t hate the SEC, he saves that hatred for the Big Ten.
