Nb looked terrible on offense. The announcers have him so hyped at the beginning of the game. I am in Bellevue , Nb tonight wearing my Illini shirt. Some looks but nothing said. The fans are probably pulling out their cornhuskers.
IMO Raiola looked worse than Beck.
I don’t think Beck's were picks were as bad as they looked. The first two led to no points - basically equivalent to a punt. The first was an absolutely incredible play by the DB. The third was on 4th down - pick or not, it's a turnover. The fourth was by far and away the worst - but it was tipped at the LOS.
Against Michigan 2022, the play right before their GWFG they decided to throw it (inexplicably) and it was batted down (Seth Colman). Unfortunately IL didn't have any players in the area.

I'm not a fan of Railoa because of his weird Mahomes ripoff persona but let's not forget the dude is only a true sophomore and is by no means a finished product at this point.
Agreed for sure. I just loathe lazy media narratives. Especially when they are based largely on something as shallow as the ripoff persona you mentioned. Raiola has not even come close to his 5 star hype that is heaped on him game to game. Yet someone like Luke, who has actually produced tangible results, is continually ignored.

But if he's getting paid millions to be mediocre, how long before they try to recruit over him. Gone are the days when players get consideration for being only a frosh or a soph - they are being paid to produce now. And it's what I hate about this new world of college sports . . .

I was thinking the same thing- I know all the connections of Rhule to PSU, but I can’t believe the PSU boosters would be happy with a guy who can’t seem to get out of mediocrity at Nebraska
And most of those loses are early. Almost never fails they blow a non-conference game.
Minnesota really hasn't looked very good this year until last night.
To be fair to Luke, while some sacks are from him holding the ball too long, earlier this season the OL wasn't giving him enough time to hold the ball too long. In other words, he was getting no time. That chart is based on number of sacks which says nothing about how good protection was or wasn't.
Especially true of the IU massacre.
What I saw being at the Ohio St game the O line did a good job of protecting Luke.
Rather I believe another SCUM loss is good for the world
