Because of Purdue's struggles today, we're now 0.1 ppp behind them for the #1 offense in the country.

Purdue: 128.9
Illinois: 128.8
Alabama: 128.8
I'm replying to my own post... but the Tyler Underwood nepo talk needs to be forever buried.

Hot take: Our offense + Wagler makes me think him succeeding Brad isn't out of the question. I think he'd be exponentially better than Satan's kid at Auburn.

Texas Tech keeps making our win over them look better, now wins over BYU and Duke.
They've gotten so much better as the year's progressed.

I think what got them in trouble early was they relied so heavily on Toppin and Anderson, and didn't have that third guy to take some of the load. LeJuan Watts has more than emerged as that option for them.

Below, I've ranked the odds of each of the top 5 going 2-0 this week, using KenPom game probability rankings as of today:

1. Michigan: 78% (85% @ Washington, 92% @ Oregon)
2. Illinois: 73% (78% @ Northwestern, 93% vs Minnesota)
3. Purdue: 61% (80% vs Iowa, 76% @ USC)
4. Nebraska: 53% (87% vs Oregon, 61% @ Northwestern)
5. Michigan State: 46% (73% vs Indiana, 63% @ Washington)

The odds of all 5 going 2-0 this week are 8%.
Did anyone parlay this?

Texas Tech will end up a damn good win for us.
That's good and all but now we just have to go out and win as many games as possible to get the highest seed possible, then advance advance advance
It might be a long time before we get a team as talented and deep as this years team.

I enjoyed the heck out of the 2004-2005 want more of that. I think this team can do that, might not get another chance for a long while

I like all our teams, but that rare special season just tinkles my toes

Is there any good reason Ed Cooley should have a job tomorrow? Like for real. What is he doing for the benefit of Georgetown basketball right now?
I don’t disagree with you one bit, but who would want that job? I can’t think of 2-3 other power conference jobs worse than Georgetown right now.

Pittsburgh is that bad....

Ask, and I shall receive. :ROFLMAO:

i don’t really understand why pittsburgh isn’t better in sports. awesome city, great academics, large alumni base.. personally would like to see them in the B1G but that’s just me
