Damn, Coit just tied a Maryland record for points with 43.

Man…. Watching Maryland’s final three and a half minutes with Coit one basket away from the school record for points in a game and one three from the school’s single game three pointer record, and all I can see his Coit’s teammates taking shots for THEMSELVES. I’m not ready to say it’s fully selfish basketball, but it sure appeared that way to the naked eye.
Recall last year when Boswell was one assist away from a triple double and his teammates tried real hard (and succeeded) in getting that for him. Stark difference in College Park today.

Terps up big and their last possession was about a couple seconds different than the game clock. I almost never see teams shoot it in that situation, especially in conference.
Maryland shoots a 3 and makes it. The only way that is not totally classless is if you at least let the guy who's needed 1 bucket to break the record take the shot. That would still be tacky. But they let someone else shoot and make a 3.

Right now BAMA and Purdue are tied at 129.0 with Illinois at 128.9
Really think we have that top spot to ourselves if we dominate Maryland.

What’s crazy too is that the TJ E8 team had a very good offense. It ended the year at #3 as well. But this year’s offense is quite a bit better and would have been #1 by a wide margin that year:
Plus, we're significantly better defensively (that team finished 80th).
It's almost like UConn railroaded us with a 30-0 run because of it
