My disdain for ESPN grows daily.LMAO espn announcer mentions every great freshman performance from Saturday but doesn't include Wagler.

Michigan -10.5 last I checkedWhat's the line? KP has Michigan by 9.
That's taking into account the entire season's worth of data - the last 4-6 weeks were very different so I'll be on Nebraska tomorrow.
Wasn't it the exact same when they came to Champaign?Michigan -10.5 last I checked
Most of the others mentioned rely on superior athletic ability in quickness, speed and power. Keaton seams to be the only one that relies on plain old basketball savy. While not as quick or powerful as the others I have seen he makes up for it with his basketball IQ, shooting and innate ability to make the big plays like seasoned veteran leader. This “top tier” of 9 freshman have just been astoundingly good.
In whichever order you’d like:
— AJ Dybantsa
— Darryn Peterson (when healthy; has been hurt)
— Cam Boozer
Everyone talked about that top 3 coming into the year. But you also have:
— Caleb Wilson
— Koa Peat
— Mikel Brown (when healthy; has been hurt)
— Kingston Flemings
— Darius Acuff
— and of course, Keaton Wagler
Would not be surprised if those are the top 9 picks this year (again, not order specified).
Of course the most absurd data point is that all those guys were five stars, except for Wagler who was ranked #261.
Overall — SO many great, great freshman.
I like championship banners infinitely more than I hate Michigan, but I take your point. If you want Michigan to beat Nebraska you don't hate Michigan enough.
I think it's was -9.5 but don't recall exactlyWasn't it the exact same when they came to Champaign?
Keaton’s the best shooter, imo. Most of the others mentioned rely on superior athletic ability in quickness, speed and power. Keaton seams to be the only one that relies on plain old basketball savy. More for sure, but infinitely more? Oh you younguns not around in 1989…I like championship banners infinitely more than I hate Michigan, but I take your point.![]()
It’s for sure a matter of when I became a fan. First season I remember as a kid was 2001, and Michigan sucked for like almost the first 10 years I followed college hoops, haha.More for sure, but infinitely more? Oh you younguns not around in 1989…![]()
Hummel and Fanta is a legendary combo. I wasn't planning on watching that game, but now I am...For those on Hummel watch, he has two games scheduled for this week. He's calling the Warriors/T-Wolves game tonight on Peacock and NBCSN. Tomorrow night, he and John Fanta will be in Bloomington for Purdue/IU.
