God, I miss the days of playing with Magnatiles and Fisher Price little people. My son is 16 now and he is an excellent human being but that was such a fun time. Enjoy while it lasts bc it seems like it comes and goes so quickly. Also, I'm assuming that you are playing with your child, but if not, I'm happy to hang out and play with Magnatiles while watch bball, lol!
So been enjoying all these big games today and the halftime report comes on for Kentucky-Tennessee and they mention Caitlin Clark is playing....had forgot all about that one, switch over to Fox, and have to say the atmosphere at Maryland and the plays she makes is as good or better than anything I've seen all day.
Quite possibly the only thing I've ever enjoyed from the University of Iowa athletics. She's something else. And even if you have Caitlin Clark fatigue, the crowds she's drawing for these road games and what she's doing for women's basketball is incredible, got to give her her props.

When Maryland is good, they have a great atmosphere. This environment in College Park tonight is pretty intense. As the Fox broadcast mentioned in an early report, Lisa Bluder said Iowa is getting everyone's best shot. They are also getting that best shot in front of the best crowds those teams have. It really has been appointment television for much of this season.
That was a great game. Nice to see Coach K go out with a loss, just so the series ended up tied under his tenure.

Iowa-Maryland 76-76 6:15 left 4Q. LOUD crowd, Gus being Gus, and Clark just hit one from the Gary Williams court logo to get to 36 points. This is fun to watch.

84-78 Iowa 3:15 4Q. Clark is one of the best I've ever seen at making a cross-court pass. She consistently can get to the elbow and whip a cross-court pass to an open wing shooter on the weak side. I've said her floor in the WNBA is an elite pass-first point guard. That's the floor, and it would still be the foundation for a long and successful WNBA career.

Watching this game now. The crowd in Waco may chase these officials off the floor if Baylor ends up losing. When this call is reversed, the crowd may lose it.
