I'm starting to think that Rutgers may be just bad and more likely to shut Harper and Bailey down late in the season if it gets real bad (or they do it themselves)
The blame for their awful play begins with their very overrated coach who is nothing more than a glorified cheerleader on the sidelines.....

Gets the # 2 and # 3 recruits for 2024-25 and is doing less with more talent....The gambler Williams stops continuity on offense and fouls on everyplay.....

JMHO...

dont think he had much of an NBA shot - why he took the $$$
Yeah despite what people think about the NBA, they don't blindly value points scored if you're not bringing anything else to the table, and for a score-only guard (barely any assists and definitely no defense), he was only averaging 17 a game last year.

He's basically the exact opposite of Coleman Hawkins, who does it all but score and if Hawkins could have upped his points per game I think some team would've guaranteed him a spot.

Perhaps I was fooled when they were really good defensive team in the past.

I used to think he was a good coach......but he has gotten very little out of this team.

OSU blew it. Should have driven to the basket to get a bucket or foul opportunity.

Instead the bail out 3 was missed badly.

Not the greatest play by Thornton. The last play by each team, they drove to the basket and got fouls called. He runs up the floor and pulls up from 3 and misses.

I assume Rutgers just didn’t have the NIL to bring anything more than their two absolute studs? If this current team was built the way they intended then that’s malpractice It’s a shame, wonder what this team would look like in the old NCAA since they seemed in on these guys for a real long time and may have actually been able to bring in surrounding talent without needing a bag.

I’m going to guess that we never scouted nor prepared much for UW on our West coast trip.

All attention was on Oregon.

Only a matter of time before someone would post some nonsense like this. Not all games are created equal. You really think we didn't scout nor prepare for UW. This is really lame.

We definitely did prepare for UW. Washington might just be a team that does way better at home than on the road. This year, the already big home court advantage in the B1G has even more weight given the huge increase in average travel distance.
