Refs bailing Kentucky out. Called a foul on Ta&M with .5 seconds left to help them tie it and send it to OT.

also wondering what the rule is. the ball was released and the foot was kicked out afterward - shouldn't it be that the basket counts and a foul. it used to be that way with charges if released before the contact. was there a rule change?
Especially when Kentucky shot a three earlier and kicked their foot out to the side to catch and trip the t a&m player with nothing called.
