I don't know if anyone other than me is watching EIU/NW but the PBP announcer has mentioned at least 6 or 7 times that Barnhizer (sp?) is expected back for the Wildcats for their next game on Tuesday.
I believe if Boswell can intensely defend and "rattle" Sears....that will be a huge help.
Northwestern only up 2 on EIU with about 9 minutes to go on Peacock. Panthers have been able to stay in it for the most part with the Wildcats' biggest lead at any point being 11 points.

EIU and NW heading to OT tied at 58.
I will take him in the portal in a heartbeat.
Northwestern is going to survive 67-58 but Panthers did give a blueprint for how to beat them. EIU made an effort to shut down them inside and force them to hit 3s. Neither team ended up shooting the 3 well tonight. Leach is probably going to be NW's Boo Buie this season though I'd argue that Buie is a much better closer in clutch situations.
