While watching Memphis - Auburn game, I can't help my stomach from turning as the announcers keep praises the graces of what a great coach Pearl is. Was it before their time or it doesn't matter what a cheating lying rules bending piece a @&#% that he actually was - is?

Loved Amani and was sorry to see him leave. But the truth....IMHO...is that this Illini team would have been much better with Harris and DD available. I would even have started Harris if that was necessary. He just gives his whole team a burst of energy that does not go away. And DD would have given this team 3 very competitive bigs, each with his own elite skill set and able to contribute a lot more than Butler and Booth.

Now I will say that regarding the Atlantis tournament, as long as the lighting on the court is fine it really doesn't matter what the lighting is like in the bleachers. The on-court lighting seems to be OK even if the off-court lighting looks like there should be a foam machine and a bass-heavy DJ as part of the ambience. :)

If UCONN loses to Dayton today, how far do they realistically fall in rankings? It would be near historic to go from #2 to unranked in one week. They are already made history being the fifth team ranked in the top 2 to lose on back-to-back days to unranked opponents. Let's go for a top 2 team losing on back-to-back-to-back days to unranked opponents. It would serve Dan Hurley right.

GO FLYERS!
If only they had got some calls from the refs.

Do we think Michigan is good? Dusty May is a good coach and early returns are good so far. Pummeling Xavier right now.

There's zero chance IMHO they stay ranked if they lose 3 games in a week to unranked teams.

Maybe they'll prove me wrong, but see much of a chance of them losing today either.

I'm very confused.

Pittsburgh in "week 3" (last week) had 9 votes and finished 37th. In this week's rankings it is 62 votes and they're 27th.

Within that time-frame, all that transpired was them losing to Wisconsin. Soooo, they get a 10 spot jump for losing? Do I got something wrong?
and above us?? what the heck... real though. not sure what happened.

Michigan fans at this game are going to be very disappointed when their football team gets crushed by OSU. Chanting we want Ohio.

Guys, maybe take another look at the schedule...

Week 3 rankings released Nov. 18. Later that day Pitt beat VMI by 45. Then on Friday Nov 22 they beat a previously undefeated LSU. Then on Nov. 22 they lose to an undefeated Wisconson to fall to 6-1. So they went 2-1 in the week, and their loss was not one that would have really hurt them too badly. That doesn't seem unreasonable for picking up some votes.
