Agree yet it still feels good having scored more, given up less, with key players out than the #11 team in the country.

I’m interested to see if Morez rebounding takes a hit if he is indeed utilized differently at Michigan. It was by far his greatest attribute and would feel like a waste to not consistently get double doubles like he was easily on pace for leaning into those talents.

I mean... just watch the first 15 seconds of the video and it's the nice way of him saying playing for Cal was a waste of time and nobody serious about basketball should go there. It's rumored his dad's the one that told him if he's serious about ball he's gotta transfer to Illinois using these arguments and that won Andrej over.

Just a way-out-of-left-field possible solution I brainstormed for the group: if you don't like a given topic, maybe just stop engaging with it? I dunno, crazy thought. Just because the tried and true continuing to talk and complain about it doesn't seem to be working out.

In the Andrej video, I took the quote “I needed to get away from California” as meaning the state and not the school/university. I’m thinking about him playing at Stanford the year before and also playing HS ball in Cali, he’s moving away from California

Edit: Although that would be a pretty sweet burn if players said things like that “I needed to get away from Coach Madsen” 😁
