Here’s a possible re-write:

"Florida loses to mizzou, Kansas loses to UCF, UNC loses to SMU"

(insert this:) Just goes to show how hard it is to avoid a bad loss here and there. So far, the Illini have managed this which is important because …

(delete this:) and yet we’re not pleased by a somewhat comfortable win on the road. Some of yall are either new to college hoops or being ignorant. Bad losses happen to everyone! We have 0 bad losses, sure we have a few games we wish we had, but

"the difference between a top 3 seed come March and a non-protected seed is taking care of business in all the games you should win, which is arguably more important than getting the marquee ones. We’re in a great spot."

Not exactly sure why -- but UW on Jan 29th scares me. Just a team that's much, much more talented than their terrible start would indicate.

Another slow start for Gonzaga. This time against KP 121 Loyola Marymount. Feels like that team has been treading water ever since they thumped Kentucky in Nashville.
