They are hitting every shot. They look like the #1 team.
Not sure Purdue ever planned on playing with such a height disadvantage even though they knew it was coming. They truly have no idea how to combat it and are getting somewhat dispaired. Hope we can figure a strategy to take advantage of our slight height advantage against Michigan...but don't plan on any of that coming from me!
Cluff is horrible.
I would consider fouling Mara every possession. They can't get a stop.

Well Purdue has a gew tall giys but they are too small. Our injuries and failure to hit FTs is gonna bite us in the !!! even afyer we beat Michigan.

TKR is overrated, if he didn't have Smith and was on Rutgers he'd never make an all big ten team.

agreed. they had an amazing half. but Purdue missed a lot of bunnies and Braden hasn't done anything.... yet. still unlikely Purdue wins
They look small and the bigs lack the skills ours possess. Its not like Michigan has hogh flying bigs. They do not. Even Morez and the first rounder isnt a high flying athlete. Bit your right, niether is TKR...but nor is Mirk bit...Mirk can shoot and is more skilled. Ill choose Mirk.this year and the next 3!
At least they got it down to 16. I'll consider that momentum for the 2nd half rally

Should say "in the B10." And I'm not so sure they lose to Duke either. Hopefully we humble them.
That talent differential between Michigan and everyone else in the conference is significant. When they are engaged in a game, they're borderline unbeatable. The good news is that they've shown that they can get into coast mode. They obliterated MSU in the first half, but then coughed up a 17/18 point lead, but re-engaged in the last 5 minutes to pull away.
Let's see if Purdue has the physicality and toughness to put some real game pressure on them.
