Yes, we were wise to not get him. I was hoping we wouldn’t because he seemed like such a passive player that would’ve frustrated us fans.

Arizona is the type of team that would be a difficult matchup for Illinois for these reasons. Not saying it’s hopeless by any stretch, but a team with a lot of athletic ability will present Illinois with a challenge.
They also seem to be very balanced offensively. They are not as reliant on long range shooting, which can help offset a bad night shooting from outside.
Baylor is having one nightmare of a season.
Hard to fathom Washington with this talent level being this bad. Win or loss here.

Houston showing their biggest Achilles heel in the last 4 minutes. They sometimes just struggle hard to score.
They are really good defensively, and they play hard. But offense is hard to come by when they don’t create live ball turnovers.

Really impressed with this Arizona performance. Houston looks out of whack - 0 field goals in over 9 minutes is insane
So many bad shots for Houston. AZ’s defense has been phenomenal.
High Knees at Maryland today.
And I think our size would give those two guys problems.
I'll never discount a Sampson led team but I'm not particularly scared of this Houston team. (comparatively, to our other potential options)
