While seeding is utterly important for deep March run, I suggest reducing Keaton's play time especially when it comes to lesser opponents. He just graduated high school last year. Unfortunately, that is difficult before Boswell comes back.

In general, cheer against the team competing with us for the triple bye, but I'm curious what your logic is. How could Michigan State winning help us down the road?

Purely because I want our win Saturday to feel even more epic in the moment and not for MSU to feel especially desperate. Of course, that didn’t help Purdue or Nebraska!

I was also curious what MSU fans had to say about Fears’ antics … always a homer or two, but they are refreshingly objective:

Do we actually want MSU to lose? I guess I don’t see them as quite the same threat to us as Michigan. And they still a lot of tough games after this.

Not that they aren’t easy to root against, lol…

Watching these guys and it’s pretty clear we have a lot more size and skill. I’m much more worried about them gooning it up than anything basketball-related they do
