I feel like the only way they’d get Underwood to leave Illinois was if Brad proposed to Whitman to make Tyler HC in waiting, Whitman balks, and KState promises him that. Otherwise, I just see K State as such a step down. Big 12 is a great basketball league but it still won’t ever have the Big 10/SEC money
Read Brad's contract. 100000% impossible. His restructured contract extension won't allow it. Hard stop.
Brad's extension this year won't allow it. He has, what amounts to, a lifetime contract here. He literally cannot interview anywhere else.

Not true. I’m sure there are Twitter crazies that may say this and some that even believe it but I know a lot of Kstate fans and they know this isn’t going to happen.
I’m still not convinced they’ll fire Tang this year as much as it needs to happen. Most donors would prefer that $18M go to football NIL to help Klein start out well. Maybe they’ll figure out a deal with Tang to stretch the payments way out over time.
Brad could coach another ten years, and while I would hate to lose him, Tyler shouldn't be there for all ten of them. Would love to see him take over here in C'dale; Nagy not cutting it. Then maybe I could finally renew my Saluki Fandom. Not to mention the recruiting/feeder school aspects, lol.
