Even though we didn't get the wins, the Illini have shown marked improvement against a ranked Iowa team and a formidable Nebraska crew. Yes, they're still inconsistent in play, but they are certainly showing development as individuals and as a team. Clearly, Coach Fahey understands the game but more importantly, knows how to teach it and coach in game play. I'm so excited for the direction that she and her staff are taking this program. Good things are coming.....

We beat Nebraska twice last year by 20 and 9 points respectively.
