My source told me today that the visit from KDB was unscheduled and he just called a little a head to tell coach groce he was coming to visit. He's still there with coach as far as I know. It's just KDB and his dad on campus today

Oh and I may have forgot to mention this the other day but tyquon greer was on campus and at ubben "putting up shots". He wasn't on a visit but apparently he has family in Rantoul so he came to shoot around. I don't think the coaches talked to him much other then Paris for just a few minutes.

Oh and I also forgot to mention that Dee Brown was on campus and met and talked to KBD. I thought that was pretty awesome

Sure he might not be a target for the 14 class, but it's always nice to be nice, you know show some love and keep the brand image high. |

Don't be surprised if Tommy Hamilton doesn't even play basketball his senior year. Doubtful due to his talent, but he has been MIA. The kid just does not want to play basketball it seems. |

Whatever the Staff has done, or would do, I am sure would be in the best interest of the program.
BUT, seems to me what is really interesting is unplanned trips, shoot-hoops trips. This staff is starting to attract beyond the normal. Granted it is a real small data set so far. Guess the trend can only go up here on out. |

Wow, DJax sounds like a very bright and well mannered kid. Never seen him play a whole game, but sounds like an All-American in character. Talked a bit about JG, granted this was posted close to a month ago, but at that time it was an asst coach for KU calling on him, while we've had JG front and center with him. Still talked about Butler but even though most of the Bulldogs message boards realize he's a long shot. |

I'm sure the coaching staff has interest in Greer. Right now, a PG in '13 is a huge priority. And for the '14 class, right now we're mostly looking at Centers (O'Mara, Alexander) and a great forward (KBD). But don't think they're unaware of Greer who is an excellent talent. |

I wonder if the reason why a lot of people (Dee / KBD / Greer) were flocking to C-U, was the brian cook camp
http://www.briancookcamps.com/ Taking place now in C-U. |

Can someone point me to some bates-diop video? YouTube seems a bit light and I can't seem to find any in the recruiting thread. Thanks in advance.

Have I missed this before?
Scout shows that Grayson Allen, a 2014 shooting guard out of Florida, has an offer from Illinois. He's ranked #33 by ESPN for 2014. http://illinois.scout.com/a.z?s=169&p=8&c=1&nid=6442922 http://insider.espn.go.com/college-s.../grayson-allen http://rivals.yahoo.com/illinois/bas...qT0Z3aJgMwsJB4 |
