Great we could use another big hard hitting safety...

Welcome to the Orange & Blue Trulon...

Kid could immediately provide stability to our defensive backfield at the safety position. He and Aikens starting with Cooper getting some work and Edwards as well would really help things out!

Welcome!!

I wonder if we just got a commitment for next year's starting LB/safety "rover"? Good to finally get the commitment and hopefully this means he has been accepted by the university.

I know Bob A. thinks he will play safety, but Henry's highlight video shows his strengths to be tackling, run support and hitting receivers after they have made a catch. I don't see really good coverage skills or particularly fast reactions to the ball. He has only 1 interception on the year. We'll see....

I think the Rover position suits him quite nicely. Although, Henry could be more of an in-the-box SS type with Aikens being more of the cover FS type.

Good athlete, but the kid needs some work. One thing I noticed from that highlight video is that he often goes for the big hit and doesn't wrap up well. I think a fundamentally good safety would be better than a flashy, hard-hitting one. His shoulder pads are also much too high. Anyway, he is a good pick-up, and it will be interesting to see how he develops.

I watched the video and was about to write a post then read yours and realized it said everything I would have said, but better. He looks like a strong corner or, more likely, an outside LB to me.

Not necessarily a good thing. But I don't see him at safety. Groundhog is right he will play that "rover" third safety in the box position.

Donsay was one of the biggest dissapointments in the last two years, in my opinion ! He played but never really contributed much at all (except penaltys) after we all thought he would be All Big Ten.

Hopefully he gets his education and finds a nice job at Florida Power and Lt Co.

Donsay came in with 4 stars - Trulon is unrated. Sooo - lets hope for the complete opposite of what the rating is again. This time it would be positive.
