Dan - do we think that this Lewis exhibition game will follow suit like past exhibitions or games on btn.com and show up on BTN a day or two later?

I guess I can be not lazy and check it out myself too, let me know if you find anything in the mean time!

WVC, thank you very much. Need to make sure to remember to set the DVR when I get home.

For this game I want to see them focus on 2 things for both offense and defense. My priorities would be:

Defense
1. Few points given up in the paint
-they've spent a lot of time on D in practice and wanted to stop penetration
2. A clear advantage in rebounding, especially on defense
-It will be interesting to see how a front line of Egwu and Henry do in this regard

Offense
1. Lots of free throw attempts
-getting to the line has clearly been a point of emphasis
2. A clear advantage in transition points
-I thought he said we want to get out and run, didn't he?

Let's all take a deep breath and promise to take NOTHING out of this game, shall we? I believe the year Syracuse lost an exhibition game to a D-II school, they went to the Final Four. Good or bad, this game doesn't count for a reason.

Oh I know, I'm sure I will either be predicting another 37-2 or a 15-19 season after the game!

Yeah, but that's only because a team can't go 2-37!

The worst we can do to get to 39 games is to lose all our regular season games (0-32), win the BTT to make the NCAA tourney (4-32) and then go 2-1 in the NCAA tourney to finish at 6-33 after making the Sweet Sixteen.

I'm thinkin' that's why you go by the handle "Illini Math"--and justifiably so, I might add.

I think we need to improve offensively.

1) Fewer turnovers. Better ball handling, including passing.

2) Improve our lobs to the center. The last few years has been quite poor.

3) Improve our 3 pt shooting in order to keep the opposition honest on defense, prevent the defense from collapsing.

will this game be on radio? I can't see myself paying to watch the feed online when it's so hit and miss.

The feed was perfect for me during the scrimmage. Far from HD quality, but pretty good and no glitches.
