Mobile , Ala at that time of year should be sunny and about 68 degrees. Its not a bad place to be, and both can use the game as an opportunity to get their names known by the scouts.

I know there are a few of these games -- isnt the East-West game played about the same time? I have to imagine Pocic plays in one of them.

edit : Im a Shriner, but not active, and I should have known this. The East West game is on the 19th, one week before, and is played in Orlando.
