Look, we weren't supposed to win this game, and we didn't. Yes, we were mentally weak in the second half and it was frustrating. But that's OK to be mentally weak on the road at #7, as long as you can work on the players' mentalities this week and have it fixed for the UNL game this Saturday. My point is this; if there had to be another road game this year where we are weak mentally, I'll gladly accept that it was this one. Not a bad loss, work on some things this week, and pound the Huskers on senior night.

We lose to Nebraska and Iowa. I believe history repeats itself and these guys lose any edge they had when they beat Indiana.

Not meant to be. Disappointed in the lack of desire the second half. Mental lapses just killed us. TA is the only one with his head completely in the game. Some flashes from a few others but we need 40 minutes out of each and every one to be competitive.

I thought the defense did a fine job. I really do. The lack of offensive firepower hosed us. We aren't a deep enough team to have options if our usual weapons are idle. That's why I'm so frustrated with this class of seniors. Clearly, they have shown talent and the ability to score. Consistently, they don't play at that level.

But you gotta give props to Michigan. The better team won, and Burke is something special.

Very disappointing to say the least...Michigan did not play their best game and they still beat us easily....UGGGHHHHHHHHH.......

We are who we are. We played the same today that we did vs Indiana, Minnesota, PU, NW, PSU, the loss at MSU, etc. We make countless mistakes and against good teams we cant score enough to compensate for them. The Purdue and NW and PSU games I do not believe we played particularly well, our competition was just so poor that it did not matter. Remember, even though we beat Indiana we were down double digits almost the entire game, we got hot and got some breaks at the end but we didn't play a good game overall. We are who we are. Just an ok team. Above average.

You say whiner, I say realist. This is a team that has a history of collapsing and sleepwalking through games. Two in a row now where we've had terrible effort and some of us fear a relapse. I don't see how that makes us whiners.
