I got tickets for the Marlins games in Miami. Saturday and Sunday. Just one row between me and the field where I could interfere like an idiot Sunday. We have a daughter and her family living there. Grandma and the 10 year old Granddaughter are both thrilled that the other doesn't want to go. Gives them someone to stay home with. 15 year old grandson and our daughter are rabid Cub fans. Her husband isn't a Cub guy, but he likes to go.

How many games for the cubs will this Julio Teheran guy that they got today from the Mets play? I imagine he will mostly playing for the Iowa cubs given he has a 13.50 ERA and he played only 14 games last season with the brewers and only 1 so far this year with the Mets.

Surprised they reversed the walk off pick off play. He looked out but the replays they showed on tv didn’t seem convincing. Still, good win!

He’s a 2-time All Star who was pretty good for the Braves… a decade ago. He’s been hurt and/or bad for the last 5 seasons.

Have to imagine they just grabbed him to eat a few innings until Steele and Taillon are back in a few weeks.

Throwing Hendrix out there every 5th day is tough. He just doesn’t have any margin for error. Maybe when Steele and Thaillon get back they’ll make a change.
