The hitting with RISP has been an issue the entire week. Crawford is only there as a backup for Winn, whenever our everyday guy needs a break.

Have a few of his autographs in storage. Ton of all-time greats lived in St Louis after playing days were over and Whitey was one of them. Know if you sent $5 to his address Whitey was still signing up until his passing. One of the greats that will be missed

bizarre........another 3 run game for the Cardinals..........gonna be a long year if we score only 3 runs a game as our high total.....
8 out of the last 11 games has been 3 runs for the birds...............
3 runs again today. Goldy, Walker, Gorman and Scott just not hitting. Expected that from Scott and he will go down as soon as Edman or Carlson come off the IL. Goldy has almost always been a slow starter so hopefully he heats up pretty soon. Walker just looks clueless right now. Gorman I just don't know. Kyle Schwarber without the plate discipline won't cut it. Hope he snaps out of it.

yep....Scott is severely over matched at the plate......Walker's batting stance looks like a pose for a BB card.....he is off balance on outside pitches he swings at.......Gorman has laid off a lot of pitches that he swung at his first year in the big's , but now he is in a big time funk.....K's almost half of his AB's......or it seems like he does..........
I got a feeling that we are seeing the demise of Goldie's power #'s starting a big downturn as we saw last year.....hope he snaps out quickly as Arenado is tearing it up and needs some protection........................JMHO......
