maybe the throw from Thomas that has impressed me most up to this point was in yesterday's game throwing from the close hash (as viewed on TV) to Thieman on the opposite sideline. A difficult throw to make for any QB, and he put a ton of spin on the ball and zipped it out to Thieman quickly...

I agree that attendance is currently an issue but the previously planned specs for the south and east changes were not going to add any seats. Seats added in the south would be offset by losing some in the east.

I was under the impression that the the east/south renos were going to begin after the FPC and following the 2019 season (I think that was announced in July). But those general plan photos aren’t on the illinoisrenaissance.com page anymore. I would hope that they are just continuing to evaluate...

This is definitely something that other schools do too, but it will be interesting to see how they approach it. Will they simply walk through the existing facility through the NE tunnel onto the field or will we try to come up with a new entrance? I would be in favor of the latter.

Weather is going to come into play this afternoon. It will be unfortunate for the event and Illini if the round gets suspended.

We have a lot of bodies to try at DL, just very, very little experience. It'll be interested to see who emerges.

ALOT younger = worse, generally. But I do think if Crouch stays healthy, he will keep us in games.
