2020 NFL Draft Thread

Packers clearly have a need at WR and draft exactly 0 WRs. They must think they'll be able to survive another season with Davante Adams and a bunch of tomato cans.
I’m a packers fan (I know, shame me), and it kills me that they won’t draft a wide receiver, it’s not even a “we could use another decent receiver or young talent at the position”. It’s that it’s the most glaring hole on the roster by far IMO, no reason not to take a chance on at least 1 or 2 WR’s in this draft

It really shouldn’t be a surprise the Illini don’t have any draft picks this year. The 4-year seniors being drafted were high school seniors during Cubit’s lame duck year when Smith wasn’t hired until March.

That was a completely lost recruiting year.

Same. It was pretty clear Matt LaFleur was dictating the players he wanted to Gutekunst so he could run a similar offense to that of his in Tennessee and Shannahan in SF so that I don’t mind. What I do mind is not only now do you have to make decisions on who to sign next season in FA, but with all our money in FA going into resigning our players we basically need to draft a starting WR, ILB, DL, and DB in next years draft. Embarrassing.

I didn't think Dre would get picked up but I thought Corbin/Betiku/Harding would at least get a contract somewhere.

Betiku really could have used another year of being a full starter. I hope they didn't get some bad advice entering too early and get some contracts their way soon. Reggie would be really good somewhere.
