I would put IW in now with a tired Nebby D
Pre-game this week: In my reading, I saw one UofI fan who predicted us to win (by 7 pts, I think)
LOL. Hadn't seen the original post. That one was worthy of Yogi Berra.Just like all of them!!
I said it was definitely a winnable game. I still think so.Pre-game this week: In my reading, I saw one UofI fan who predicted us to win (by 7 pts, I think).
Yes. VeryAnyone else still nervous about this one?
I swear there has to be a problem with the reviews. Either the equipment isn't working or the refs didn't show up.No way he got in there
Lol... no sir! But I wish! I'd love his paycheck though...I see you Miles Smith
alwaysAnyone else still nervous about this one?
Its refreshing to not be on the wrong end of a bunch of bad calls. But there's still time.It was said earlier, but these refs aren't good...we've just benefitted from their calls most of the game.
It was a good timeout imo, as a former player I immediately saw the personnel on the field was not suitable to cover the players they were going to have to guard. Might've gone for a touchdown instead of a first down.don't think you need hindsight to scratch your head on why you would give the opponent an opportunity to set themselves and come up with a play on 4th and 5 at the 50. If the D is not prepared for a situation such as this (from gaming it in practice) then we continue to be unprepared.
If you think you can stop them at the 50 on 4th down - then all TOs are like gold. Basically lovie was playing not to lose, rather than to win in that situation.
