I am not mad at the guy for hammering Texas, where there is a lot more talent. But if AH-S didn't make it a point to check in(phone call) with him every once in a while, then that is a mistake....clearly.I should clarify. AH-S wasn't the recruiting coach in Childress' case, as much as he was the future position coach. The committed recruit simply wanted his future WR coach to reach out on occasion but never heard from him. He (& his ego) felt neglected & wanted to look elsewhere.
