Fences need to be mended between the coaches and the players

The disconnect is huge and so many times the coaches were talking and the players were not listening. Team building, coaches not talking about players to media and mental toughness exercises are a must. Same players next year, with some new Freshmen, equal about the same results unless the program has a complete mental rejuvenation.
